By accessing or using the Max Apogee website and platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Max Apogee is a free educational platform dedicated to teaching rocket science and aerospace concepts. The Service includes:

  • An AI-powered tutor for answering questions about rocket science concepts

All educational content is provided free of charge. No payment is required to access any lessons or features.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account is entirely optional. You may browse all lessons and content without signing in. An account is only required if you wish to:

  • Save your lesson progress
  • Track quiz scores
  • Earn achievements
  • Interact with the AI tutor

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You may sign in using email and password or through a third-party authentication provider (such as Google). Use of third-party authentication is subject to that provider's terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, animations, visualizations, quizzes, and software code, is the property of Max Apogee or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the educational content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service content without prior written permission.

6. AI Tutor Disclaimer

The Max Apogee AI tutor is powered by artificial intelligence and is designed to assist with learning rocket science and aerospace concepts. Please be aware that:

  • The AI tutor provides educational information only and does not constitute professional engineering, scientific, or safety advice
  • AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information
  • You should not rely on the AI tutor for real-world rocket construction, flight safety decisions, or any activity involving physical risk
  • Always consult qualified professionals and official safety guidelines for any hands-on rocketry activities

7. User-Generated Content

When you use the Service, you may submit content such as quiz answers and messages to the AI tutor. By submitting content, you grant Max Apogee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit. However, you are solely responsible for the content you provide and must ensure it does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Apogee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service or the AI tutor, errors or inaccuracies in educational content, or any interruption or cessation of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Max Apogee does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The educational content will be completely accurate or comprehensive
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific learning requirements

You use the Service at your own risk. The educational content is intended to supplement, not replace, formal education or professional guidance.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
